Every fiber sold has been produced using a new wastewater treatment plant that combines physical, biological and physicochemical treatments.
The energy we use comes from 1200 solar panels to heat the water for the processes.

We supply various types of superfine wools, from classic combed and carded yarns to yarns in a wide variety of patterns, such as brushed, blown, cut, and more. These yarns are made from noble fibers such as superfine wool, cashmere, mohair, alpaca, angora, camel hair, yak, silk, linen, ramie, and cotton.

QAPAQ has born in 2025 as a way to expand the range of products offered by Peccary Leather SAC to our luxury market clients.
We have been working with Baby Alpaca yarns since 2011 on our different products and this year we decided to take our love for the Baby Alpaca yarns and translate it into a new product: high-end yarns.
Our vast knowledge of our Andean Alpacas, the yarn industry around them and the ever-growing market demand for high quality yarns Made in Peru, have allowed us to grow and expand quickly in quantity, quality and variety of the Alpaca fibers, but also our ability to meet the needs of our clients, new and old, from an advantaged geographical point for Alpaca fiber.
